This is a TQ Wire 5mm/4mm inboard complete 2S Charging cable.  

Will connect to a 5mm or 4mm inboard style pack with 2mm balance port.

  
To connect the small XH balance connector to your chargers balance port you must remove the small leg.  Remove the one shown in the picture below.

With leg removed of on the balance connector you are now ready to connect it to your chargers balance port.  Connect it all the way to the right as shown in the picture below.
